Next Saturday the Altai Skis Back Country Ski Festival comes to the Four Seasons Chalet at the Hancock Driving Park. Hok skis Great Lakes representative Mike Bright will be at the Hancock Chalet to demonstrate Hok, Tao and Kom skis. Bring your lunch to this free event.
If you already enjoy Hok skis bring them along too for tips on uphill and downhill techniques for the back country. Mike says to bring three pin boots if you have them. He will also be sharing the secrets of of the Tiak (single pole).
The event runs from 10:00 am to 3 pm and will take advantage of the Maasto Hiihto trail system. For more information you can contact:
