2025 Annual Membership Meeting May 20th

The Hancock Trails Club is hosting its Annual Membership meeting on Tuesday, May 20th at The Orpheum at 5th & Elm located at 426 Quincy St. in Hancock. Members and non-members alike interested in the Maasto Hiihto/Churning Rapids trail system are invited to attend. Voting for the Board of Directors will be completed along with discussion of the past year and what is ahead for the trails. Pizza will be served with liquid refreshments available for purchase at the bar. A social will begin at 6 pm to be followed by a business meeting.

Members are encouraged to respond to the Directors ballot email that they should have received to cast their vote. This will speed things up at the business meeting. For more information email Secretary Keith Meyers dkmeyers77@yahoo.com

Six candidates are running for three open board seats which expire under the staggered terms established in the Club’s bylaws. The terms of Jay Green, President, John Diebel, Treasurer and Jason Martin are expiring. Running for those board seats are Mariana Grohowski, Andrew Grohowski, Eric Holmes, Jay Green, Jesse Widerhold and Brett Hauswirth.
